We’re intentional about doing things differently. That means:

    No invoicing or waiting. You’re paid for your time, every Friday, without exception.

  • 🧠 Clinical Supervision at no Extra Cost

    We provide supervision at no cost—internally for psychology residents and LPCs/LSWs who qualify. For those needing external supervision, we’d do it if we could, so we’ll reimburse your costs.

  • 🛡️ Professional Liability Insurance

    You’re automatically covered under our group liability policy.

  • 💻 Modern Practice Infrastructure

    Fully online scheduling, documentation, and telehealth options. No legacy systems, no chaos.

  • 📈 Competitive Compensation Package

    W2 Employee.

    $30 hour. Every hour. Income increases with caseload and commitment, so your paycheck grows with your caseload and your confidence. Annual estimated income is $23,400 - $63,400 for 10-30 patients/week or 15-40 hours/week.

    Licensure fees reimbursed upon successful completion.

    Potential for extended employment and pay rate increase—and employer 401(k) contributions—immediately upon independent licensure.

Postdoctoral Psychology Residents

Build confidence in your clinical voice while backed by licensed supervision.

We welcome psychology residents looking to expand their skillset with a mix of therapy, assessment, and professional development. You’ll receive structured supervision, collaborative support, and a tiered pay system that respects your education and commitment.

We offer W2 employment with strong administrative systems, clinical support, and autonomy in how you build your caseload. You’ll focus on what matters most: your clients and your professional growth.
